Need help with self hypnosis, contact spirit guide?
Hello everyone. I have a panic disorder with agoraphobia very bad and have been trying hypnosis and meditation for help. I recently hypnosis in touch with my spiritual guide, I did the breathing, relaxed and became then the visualization of hypnosis has given me. I was sitting on a bench and I asked my spirit guide to come to me. I was the person seen to be identified and Mary Beth and gave me good advice. But how I can know that my imagination did not happen to me? Please share your experiences and how to distinguish imagination of reality.
The best advice I can give on this issue is to stop worrying about the "is it real or not." Looking for meaning or direction, Does it really matter if it is a spiritual guide, or is a metaphor created by his imagination? I do not really care. Vision and it is the parties your looking for. its not a scientist trying to prove / disprove a spiritual guide. Sounds like you've got some good advice, and if it is a big as you say, does it matter if it came your imagination, your higher / divine wisdom, or a spiritual guide? Your search just the destination (spiritual guide or not), look at the trip (advice, wisdom, and vision) You'll learn much more from the journey than the destination.
